This is the only exercise you need!

This is like having a personal trainer. Whether you build your own workout or use the "quick" workouts, you get a guaranteed good workout --with No equipment! Now you have no excuses, and everything is easy and planned out for you. Very cool. I bought Mark Lauren's book years ago, but it was hard to flip pages between exercises so now with this app everything is simple. Feeling great and already notice a
difference within a week.

Awesome App for Yaygog

I read the book a year ago and used excel spreadsheets to track my workouts... The new app does it all for me! In addition, I can design my own workouts for whatever situation I'm in: traveling, at work, or at home. Very easy to use and I love the demo videos for the exercises. Great job Mark and the developers for creating such an awesome app... Now there really are no excuses for not getting fit!!


I love the make your own exercise feature! I am always sweating and in pain after working out and it makes me rely on my own Will power to push myself so that I can independently workout; therefore creating a lifestyle rather than just some fad!
