I've added this to my rotation of workouts. Great app.
Best fitness investment you can make
Just finished the first 11 week Beginner's program (1 of 4 guided programs included). I felt challenged, but not overwhelmed or intimidated. Definite improvement in strength, balance and flexibility. This is not about getting a "prison body." This is about balanced fitness. The videos help you understand proper form, while the accompanying text clarifies the muscles to focus on. The program's balance push and pull, and upper and lower body.
I got my money's worth immediately. It's amazing to think that I have 3 more programs yet to experience.
Excellent Workout App
This app will challenge beginners and fitness pros. It does a great job mixing up the workouts-from interval training to tabatas. I've used it for several years, and I've seen noticeable results.
