Too slow to download
I have an iPhone 14 Plus and it has been 20 minutes already. And waiting. Glad I got a pint downstairs and brought it up.
Poor experience
Evidently the developers never imagined users without a UK number would ever wish to use their product. Try to register with a number outside the UK and you get an error. Try to register using a UK number after that? Too bad, you can’t as it think you’re already registered - now your email is in limbo where it’s stored (bad data protection policies), but unable to be activated and cannot be registered. Try using the forgot password flow and wait for an email that will never come.
And I still haven’t ordered yet thanks to this …
Couldn’t onboard
Just wanted to order some food. Wasted time downloading this app only to find that it couldn’t onboard me with a US phone number, not that the app said that, to the contrary, it rambled out an error about an email even though there’s no email entry in the onboarding flow.
Onboarding has to be fast and pain-free. It is not in this app. It didn’t take advantage of Apple’s APIs for automatic password management, so you have to type out a password. If it worked at all.
