Great but want everything on director's audio tour
I just did the complete director's audio tour at the museum which really enriched my experience with the selected works of art. I was extremely glad to be able to relive these informative commentaries with this app. In the next update please add all the works from the current museum tour that are missing like the Van Eyck. Also for a number of artworks in the app the audio commentary is not available and this should be fixed. Otherwise this is a wonderful tour of many museum highlights which I highly recommend.
I was hoping for a lot, expecting at least a good sample, willing to accept little, got nothing.
I don't know if the developers did not consider ipad minis but multiple install produces same disappointments. Pages did not fit screen and were not resizable. Sliver of images at edge of screen, when images were included, and text running off screen without wrapping without the ability to move it made this app totally useless.
My only hope is the developers fix this problem soon, but looking at the last update date, I won't hold my breath.
Art info good, but gallery map bad
Nicely done app as far as the actual art info, guided tours, etc. However, the museum "map" only shows the main floor of the West Gallery— no lower level, no concourse level, no East Gallery (which, I'll grant, is undergoing renovations at the moment). Because of this, I find the "visitor information" function of the app a bit lacking as a practical tool.
