So I just started selling was excited about the app. I downloaded it thought deal central was great so saw a deal I wanted clicked on get deal nothing doesn't show up in my orders. So I click pay can only use quick pay or whatever tried to sign up for that. Don't understand why I can't if you sign up with my bank account 😤 back to deal central tried the deal again still not seeing it in my orders, so thought app just doesn't work. Try again in a couple days same thing told my spouse showed what it was doing everything I clicked on wasn't working so I was missing out on all these great deals!! But when I went to place my order on line my amount owed was double. Keep looking at my order. Called customer service everything I clicked on think my app was working was charged to me. I argued that I couldn't even see what was ordered was told I wouldn't see what was ordered through deal central. So you get no invoice no nothing of what you order argued that that doesn't make sense. Got no where! Only way to not pay for those items was to have them delete everything and I would have to start over with my customer orders and reorder. In the end I ended up paying $50 more for a bunch of items I couldn't see on an order or invoice.
A great tool
This app has made it so easy to add orders on the go. I especially like the feature that allows you to add customer information to your phone contacts. The best feature by far is the ability to see what you are ordering and show it to your client before submitting. The limitations are that sometimes you have to guess at the proper description of each product or even the most popular items don't appear.
Bring back the last version!
This new update is frustrating to use! When I put in a product number I shouldn't have to scroll thru every color or option available to have to then find what my customer wants. If I am on the phone with my customer I need to be quick and using this is no longer quick...the product number should be all that is needed like it was on the previous version. I'm glad I only updated one of my devices and not all of them. I do love having an app, just the last version was way better.
