Yummi makes it easy to do all those things. We've packed all the tools foodies want into one simple to use app. Log, share, discover, and remember food experiences simply by logging EVERYDAY FOOD PHOTOS. Whether it's eating out at a restaurant or enjoying a home-cooked meal, use Yummi to keep a memory log. Getting access to your food memories is easy and instantaneous. HOW TO GET STARTED
Get started by simply uploading all your food photos, new or older ones, into a food journal. Photos are geotagged and mapped to a location. We call this a "FOODPRINT". Foodprints are auto-organized in a calendar view so your food history will instantly come to life. Log and keep note of what’s good and what’s not. Easy to search and recall food memories. Use Yummi wherever you go, ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD to keep track of all your food adventures.
CONTROL PRIVACY
YUMMI is creating a platform that is inclusive of ALL FOODIES. Whether you want to share or to log just for your eyes only, Yummi offers privacy setting tools that is flexible and convenient to toggle. Yummi is, after all, a food journal first. You can TOGGLE PRIVACY setting by either account or by individual foodprint (post). Every user has full control of their content and data.
SHARING YOUR FOOD WORLD

Why do I need to tag a location for every photo I upload?
- We require this to make it easy for you to geo-search and recall places you've been. It's also a great way for friends to instantly find your Foodprints when nearby. This way, no one has to bother one another any longer for recommendations. It's the defining benefit of YUMMI compared to other food apps.

Exactly what I was looking for…
The Yummi app is exactly what I was looking for in order to privately track our dining experiences for future reference! Like other users, I also experience long latency when clicking the BLUE plus sign to add a new foodprint (10-15 seconds). It is consistent for me, no matter which ISP I am using (cellular, Xfinity at home or work). I have a very large photos collection, so I wonder if it has more to do with that than the ISP. But this latency is the only reason I did not rate the app at 5 stars.
Great App! Exactly what I was looking for
Last night when my husband and I were having dinner, I told him I wish there was an app that would keep up with all the restaurants we visit. I have a terrible memory since having brain surgery last year and rarely leave my house of the doctor visits. We have to travel out of town for my doctor visits so when we go to a restaurant, it’s usually in a different town and I remember the restaurant light but then get in there and can’t remember what I ordered that I loved, and have to scroll through months worth of pictures to find the photo of the meal that I liked. Last night, I googled app to log restaurants and came up with this app. I started locking the meals we had before my and love that it’s able to use the Geo data from my photos to find the restaurant. I was really bad about remembering what sushi items I liked it restaurants as what is a Texas role at one place that I really love may be not the same ingredients of another restaurants Texas roll.. This also gives me the ability to create my notes but most importantly lets my family see what I like and where I’ve been. I saw that I had the opportunity to follow other people and I’ve asked my family members to join as well as we typically share photos of our food on a group chat. This has everything that I need. I did notice some latency in loading. On the app but I wanna head and give it five stars because it’s exactly what I was looking for.

Great Food Journaling App
This app is so easy to use. Love how it keeps track of the number of cities, cuisine, footprints and fans if you have any. You can keep Your food log private or public, it’s nice to see what others write regarding restaurants. The calendar view is awesome. The map feature is awesome as well. It shows all restaurants visited during that month. I have so many past entries to create and it’s very easy to do. I totally recommend this app if you need an innovative and easy way to log your restaurants along with your experiences. Love the fact that you can upload photos and the app geo tags them so your visits are in order. Highly recommend. I’m not sure why this app doesn’t have thousands and thousands of followers. Its actually better organized then Yelp. This is an awesome app!
