Here’s my problem. You guys have updated this, and while it looks great, there STILL is not a flash alert built into the app. I feel that this is not fully accessible for deaf people, because there’s no visual flash alert. Not everyone holds their phone all day to feel the vibrate alert. When I called ZVRS to complain about this, I was told to check the settings in my phone, blah blah blah. Then I was told to take my phone to the store to have it looked at. That was an insult. ZVRS should have the common sense to include a flash alert IN THE APP.
With this being said, I’m staying with Sorenson, because they have myRumble, which gives me the option to CHOOSE my flasher and vibrate. The choose to be fully accessible to their customers.
App still crashes. More specifically when trying to view my current video mail message.
One of the worst interpreters
The quality of interpreters including technology to serve high quality videos is non existent! One of them called me an a hole, one of them were eating and drinking during interpreting
