The Zappos.com iPad and iPhone app has products available in the following categories:
Bags & Handbags
Contacts – make life easier by selecting a shipping address from your contact list. You can still enter your address by hand if you don't grant us access to your contacts.
Photos – save HD product images to your device (tap and hold an image on the product page). You can always take a screenshot too if you don't grant us access to your photos.
Camera – adding payment information can be easy and fun, put our laser scanning, card reading, super cat to work. You can still enter your payment information by hand if you don't grant us access to your camera.
- What's your order status? Track when and where of your recent orders right on the home screen!
- Trouble scanning your credit card? Whether its non-embossed numbers or numbers on the back, our laser scanning super cat is leveled up to take care of that.
- The home screen will scroll smoother even if you have a lot of favorites (like we do).
- Conveniently delete old addresses and payment methods when checking out.
- Fixed a problem that caused old iPads to not be able to enroll in Rewards.
- Our iMessage App will give a heads up if you try to add an out of stock item to cart.

Best friend in shoes
Zappos online ordering became my go-to shoe store whenever I needed shoes some 10 years ago when my health took a brutal turn and I was unable to store shop for footwear. Once I discovered how quickly my orders arrived and just how hassle-free returns were, the choice of whether to tough out the pain and store hop hoping I’d find something I liked the looks of AND that fit, or simply to order through Zappos became a no-brainer. And yet more surprises awaited when I realized the variety of items they carried besides shoes.. hats, shirts, jeans, jackets, etc. I’ve never actually calculated the time I have saved over these 10 years by ordering at Zappos compared to how long it would’ve taken to shop manually for all those items, but I have a sneaking suspicion that grey hairs enter the picture in there somewhere. Friends are few and far between as it is and to find one that delivers with accuracy and will also take back your mistakes with no questions asked... well, they are golden. Thanks for being a friend Zappos, especially when in need.
Awesome app and company but app needs some tweaking
I love this app and a lot of its features. For one the ability to love items and add to lists, but one of the biggest irritants is after you add an item to a list the notification at top of screen stays there for a lot longer than it should which inhibits the ability to get out of the screen and back to shopping.
It has an easy to use format, lots of search criteria features as well as videos of what the shoe or item actually looks like on or what features the item has which a lot of companies should take note of! But I ALWAYS have issues with video playback! I never had this issue until about a year ago so I’m not sure what happened. I’m on WiFi, have a good signal and edited as much on my phone as I could but still have the problem. This happens in multiple locations with different devices so I know it’s not my phone. Please fix this bc a frozen screen and the inability to play videos and frequent skips on a 60 second clip is very frustrating over time! Thanks Zappos!
