Basically garbage unless you are 12 years old

This is a mediocre app. Don't expect the following from the worlds largest help desk company:

Vital notifications for all assigned members of a group

Light agent notifications isn't even real.

Any type of push notification unless you are directly assigned.

Constant crashing and a well through out error that pops up one million times when it for some reason can't connect to zendesk (Microsoft azure) servers

A child-like font and mediocre interface designed when iOS 6 was new

No improvements to the usability of the app since 2011

No way to edit any user or organization fields. Or even VIEW THEM.

Again: no push notifications unless directly assigned. You must assign someone else for them to get a push.

Constant log outs.

It's funny how our little small shop can pump out an iPhone app 20x faster than this multi million dollar company. We pay a ton of money for enterprise elite and this is what we get for our money. A garbage iPhone app.

We support huge companies and this app basically does nothing for us as far as mobile support. It's a basic ticket answering app. No management. No reports (on the iPhone because guess what. Not everyone has an iPad strapped to their belt) no organization and no user and organizational fields... Why not have those but have ticket fields?

Again, a true garbage app.

Pretty good app

This a pretty good app. The only thing I wish it could do is allow you to download and choose which app to open an attachment. If I want to download an attachment, I have to go to the Zendesk site on my phone (which is NOT mobile optimized) and download it there.

If you are going to push people to download the app from your website, make sure there is no reason someone would have to use your website instead of the app on their mobile device.

After update review

Better now that the sign in stats signed in. Now i just wish I could call through app or have the web browser work better on my iphone 6.
