Great business tool

Really made my HR/Payroll experience easier for me and my team! More transparency, alll cloud based, and great customer service!

Another person criticized the clocking in method -- this is a setting that your business admin can change. They choose how you log hours (punch card, manual in/out/lunch, hours per day, or no time keeping). It's not Zenefits' fault.

This app has potential but it is a complete hassle to enter hours. I can't just put 8 hours for a day, no, I have to enter time down to the minute. But even to get to that takes way to many clicks.
Pick the day, then click to enter hours (DUH) then the type of work time (make regular hours default and skip this!) then the wheel of time both in and out. Then start it all over again.
Needs vast improvement for the #1 use of this app- work hour entry.

Awful customer service, selling things that are still not in production

Had awful experience. Looking to get rid of them. Awful customer service that wouldn’t respond for a week.

At some point was interesting in their PM and Time Tracking tools - they were selling it to us for. Huge price but when I asked for demo they stopped responding and then said it’s still in development.
