Customer Reviews

Zinio took my money but won't renew subscription

I tried to renew my "Shutterbug" magazine subscription, which Zinio claimed had expired, despite the app saying I had three issues left. They charged my credit card via the iTunes store, and after the charge was successfully accepted, the Zinio app gave me an error message saying there was a "problem". I contacted their support people, as instructed by the error message, and gave them proof of the charge, the error message number, my email ID, and the app version, as they requested. Yet they refuse to fix the problem. Now I have to dispute the charge with Apple and my credit card company. What a hassle.

Inoperative app

Gives you the error that "device is running low on storage space" AFTER it downloads EVERY back edition available, will not let you remove them. App closes itself so you can "free up storage space".
If you would let me delete these old issues from my device..... DUH! Your app is messing up, and, now, your app is not letting me fix it!
APPLE: Shut down the in app purchasing until fixed, get these idiots attention.

Great and easy to use

This is my favorite way to read magazines now. Great quality color and pictures and it's great you can zoom in on text that is to small.
