Has been working just fine until...
I’ve used this app regularly since the end of last year. However I had jumped on the bus to head home from work, and the payment on my app was not working. No issue with my bank card at all. So I had to jump off the bus to make change at a local store just so I could go home. I tried to click on app support, but I get sent to an error screen. I don’t see how SacRT can develop an app which involves the regular use of purchasing bus passes but does not have a viable way for customers to contact them with issues concerning use of the app. Please fix this RT.
The price for the daily ticket should be 2.75-3$not 7$. These bus drivers make enough money off us as is. That and there should be a way we can deactivate our tickets to save minutes. Sometimes the bus takes too long for us to get to the second bus to also get to our destination. Single passes should be longer like 2&1/2 hours
Easy to use, convenient.
I like this app and have had no trouble with it. Saves time and is very convenient, especially when running late!
