What's New in Version 2.4.2
No Updates in over 2yrs
This app along with the web version of Zoho CRM is worthless. None of zohos support staff or programmers have a clue on what a CRM system is used for nor to do they care to learn. Product updates/modifications rarely happen and usually don't improve the functionality or benefit their customer or users in the slightest.. Look at this app for instance, 3 yrs without any updates??(just to clarify a few "bug fixes" have been released in the last 3 years) but not one added feature or capability in 3 YEARS... Really ZOHO..
They give away their software to anyone at the expense of their loyal customers who pay monthly and in return zoho paying customers received a cloud solution that is sub par, is not keeping up with the industry and creates less automation and more manual entry than one with have without zoho.. One spends a lot of time and resources when setting up zoho, therefore, customers usually stay hoping that some day they will get it together and have a great product.. But until then?? ....
Couldn't function without it!
Zoho CRM was one of the first apps I found and downloaded when I bought my iPad. It became the reason that I abandoned Act and subscribed to Zoho CRM for my business. Visually appealing, simple to navigate, set-and-forget sync, but with the ability to pull down more records if I decide, I can enter notes, update records and schedule follow-ups even when out of signal range, and it updates automatically once I get back in range. I wish it would sync down Custom Modules, but while I'm on the road, they're not a necessity - it's not replacing my laptop, simply supplementing - as long as I can get phone numbers, directions and names, I'm a happy sales rep.
Great tool to use with Zoho CRM
If you plan on using the mobile Zoho app as a stand alone your not going to get the full benefit it offers. When tied in with the main CRM the app is a necessity and helps streamline any input from the field and greatly reduced the need to enter data at a later time. With that said I would like to see additional features added to the app to make it a five star product. One addition would be key word search... From a sales professionals perspective this is critical to any CRM. This feature is already a standard in Zoho's CRM but needs to be implemented to their app to make it an A&& Kicking Product! Come on Zoho, please make this happen...
