Good alternative to Gmail and great support

I had an issue regarding marking complete folder as and developers were quick to respond and suggested me a way to resolve this issue. This app definitely deserve 5 stars because of its simplicity, stability and support.

I have issues in filtering spam with zoho. Since I am a gmail user which automatically filter spam so if zoho could provide any comparable automatic filter then zoho can easily beat gmail.

@Arshad, you can mark emails in the folder as read. You will have to open the respective folder -> Select an email ( by tapping the image icon of the email) -> Select the drop down box which will provide the option to mark the complete folder as 'Read'. We will be tweaking this design in due course of time to make it more intuitive.

Not reliable for business

On multiple occasions I've written and sent email only to have it disappear into the ether, not in drafts, not in outbox, not in sent mail. Really? I wait to watch the app to make sure there isn't a 'server error' and have to see 'message sent' in order to know if my mail goes out to my recipients. Lame! This company never fails to disappoint. I regret choosing so many services with Zoho for my business because now it will take a lot of effort to switch which is something I REALLY want to do the moment I have time to do so. Stay clear. This company isn't worth it.

Good, but problems under iOS 11

Zoho is a good alternative to other email providers and apps. In fact, I prefer the app to their web interface. However, since updating to iOS 11 and the latest version of Zoho Mail, the app crashes almost every time I try to open it. It’s pretty much unusable at this point. Frustrating since I’m also having problems syncing with Zoho Mail on my Mac. Fixes? Solutions? So, a very good app when it works.
