Love this app

Learning sight words and spelling is basic rote memory work. That means you have to do it over and over and over again. Which, historically is no fun. This app paired with a few others using the Dolche and Fry lists can make all this repetition fun which makes my life a whole lot easier :-)

what is the point?

I'm not sure what the point of this game is. . . words appear, but kids need to know how to read them, it won't say the word, only the letters (not the letter sounds, just the letters). Kids can shake it and the letters get scrambled, but the shadow of the words remain. Then they drag the letters onto the shadows and that's it. Maybe I'm missing something, but I can't believe I paid for this.
