Already confused
The ice pack was not going on top of the giraffes head. It is not seem there’s any other options.

Hi, We are sorry about the issues. Please put the icepack on the Giraffes head and the red bump on the head will disappear so the animal can be happy! We recently updated the game and fixes other bugs as well. We hope this helps make the game more fun! Thank you!

This app is cute but you can’t use the water without paying $10! Should at least have one animal for free so you can actually test the app out!
