Buggy and unreliable for me
I found it difficult to schedule an appointment any other day and time than today in Portland, despite being I Seattle. I’ve tried constantly updating the app but it still doesn’t give me access to the proper location. Why won’t it just save locale in my profile? Or maybe it doesn’t work well outside of Oregon? Either way, I always end up going to the website. I never get my messages either. If it weren’t for Amy Schade I would have dropped Zoom on account of how difficult it is to do basic things without workarounds.
I added a new credit card, but was unable to select it as the desired card for my appointment. Very frustrated. Impossible to select the date I wanted from the absent drop-down calendar. It wouldn’t search within my zip code.......AND I know better than to call Zoomcare because I was verbally reprimanded the last time because “everything should be done on-line!!” Luckily, we’ve always received adequate care, but the customer/technology interface is HORRIBLE!!

FaceID log in
Got a pop up message asking me if I want to use FaceID to log in.....I said yes but it still makes me type in my password every time. Most apps have the FaceID icon on the log-in screen so you can use it, but this doesn’t making it difficult to log in
