Awful! Ladies beware.
Alright, some background, I am recently single and wanted a way to meet new people. This app was recommended to me by a coworker as a good way to accomplish this goal. The app is easy to use, if you pay for it. If you do not pay for it, it barely works. The number of notifications and text messages the site automatically sends is ridiculous. And on a more personal level, creeps abound on this site. I'm sure there are some decent people using it but I don't think it was worth the time or money. I really wish I had that $30 back. But take this as a warning, there are better sites out there that are free.
They claim to be free, but you have to pay for everything
You want to see who liked you? You pay, you want to communicate in a mutual like? You pay, you want to do anything besides swipe yes/no on a picture? You pay.
Even if you subscribe and fork over money each month, you still have to pay more for coins to do any actual communications. So what's the point of the subscription?
It's the same people you find on all the sites (I know this because the guys it'd pair me with were guys I'd seen on other sites), so it's just a waste of money/time.
Don't do it! Go to Match
The application search functions are limited. No way to filter out people your not interested in. Your photos get cropped by Zoosk, following a validation review. Customer service returns generic replies to a specific inquiry. Usually providing nothing more than the guidelines already available on the web site. Then Zoosk follows up with a satisfaction inquiry to the help request. When I answered that the issue was unresolved and remained open, no further communication occurred. Match is the better choice, delivers results.
