I use Zopim/Zendesk on two of my four websites. I really like its simplicity to use. I wish they offered the ability to change colors of the the chat box to match websites.
Links don’t work in user navigation
Links aren’t clickable anymore in the user navigation. I have to copy and paste now to see where the user is. Fix this!

Dark Mode?
Thank you guys for the awesome app, been using it for years. I also noticed you’re very responsive, so any chance we will see a dark mode for iOS? Hope so. Thanks.
