Los Angeles dream pop duo Boardwalk feature the talents of multi-instrumentalist Mike Edge and vocalist Amber Quintero. Formed in 2012 after Edge and Quintero were introduced via mutual friends, Boardwalk make lo-fi, '60s-influenced psych pop that combines traditional instruments with keyboards and drum machines, some of which Edge crafts himself. Boardwalk released their debut self-titled album on Stones Throw in 2013. ~ Matt Collar
