Rapper C Murph may have launched his career out of San Antonio, Texas, but he was born in Jamaica and raised in Miami. He was originally based in Miami as well, where he first hit the stage as rapper Sly Kat's hypeman. Sly Kat's tour came to San Antonio, C Murph fell in love with the city along with its people, and then he moved to the city in 2010 when he had a regional hit with "Ya Digg." "I Want You" featuring AJ Hernz landed in 2012, then he hit nationally beginning in 2014 with the single "Plottin," plus a re-release of "Ya Digg" in 2015. ~ David Jeffries
