Originally a solo project created by Italian producer Daniele Antezza, Dadub became a duo following a chance meeting with Giovanni Conti. The pair bonded over their interest in sound manipulation and Lee "Scratch" Perry’s unique dub experiments. After becoming mastering and production technicians for Luca Mortellaro's Stroboscopic Artefacts label, the duo released their first work on the same label in 2011. A dubbed-out techno track on a split single with Pfirter hinted at the future of their sound. Contributing to Stroboscopic Artefacts’ Monad series the same year, the duo returned in 2012 with the EP Way to Moksha. At the beginning of 2013, they released the EP Preternity -- a precursor to You Are Eternity, released just a few weeks later. ~ Richard Wilson
