About Dux Jones
Born Craig Jenkins, Detroit-based rapper and producer Dux Jones (pronounced Dukes) strikes a balance between fantasy and reality with his brand of Midwest hip-hop. Jones was introduced to FrontStreet Records in 2008 by producer Thirty, and signed with the label as an artist/producer. Rhyming on his own singles or producing beats with FrontStreet’s in-house production team, the Skouts, Dux Jones seeks to create a sound that is distinctly Detroit. In 2009, he released a number of digitally distributed singles as a part of FrontStreet’s 52/50 single series, as well as appearing on the label's World Famous Losers compilation. ~ Gregory Heaney
