Robert Harrison began perfecting his blend of power pop and psychedelia with his band Cotton Mather in the 1990s, but after that band disappeared, he started over with Future Clouds and Radar. Their self-titled 2007 debut album was praised to the skies by the press and earned a strong cult following. A year later, the follow-up, PEORIA, proved that Harrison's new project was more than just a flash in the pan.
