DJ and producer Jonny Faith grew up in Edinburgh, Scotland, but his musical career didn't really begin until he moved to Melbourne, Australia. His interests in hip-hop, dub, jungle, and chilled-out electronica grew deeper and he become somewhat of a fixture on the local scene. He started a club night called Headroom and had a radio show on Sydney's 2SER.fm, all while honing his skills as a musician. He used the alias Dubwise Drops to release his first single, the dub reggae-inspired "Bass Bucket," in 2010. His first release under his own name, the Blue Sky on Mars EP, was released in 2011. After time spent DJing and doing mixes and remixes, Faith released Sundial on Tru Thoughts in 2015. ~ Tim Sendra
