About Redlight King

Led by Canadian singer/songwriter Mark Kasprzyk, Redlight King specialize in highly emotive, soul-searching songs with anthemic choruses as a common ingredient. The Los Angeles-based band hit the ground running with Something for the Pain (2011), scoring hits on the rock and alternative charts in their home country and the U.S. with the album's first two singles, "Old Man" and "Bullet in My Hand." After the release of their similarly successful Irons in the Fire (2013), the group took a lengthy break, but they returned at the start of the next decade to deliver Moonshine (2020), followed by In Our Blood (2023). While they've incorporated hip-hop, dance, and roots music, Redlight King have been essentially a hard rock band all along.
