Kanye West, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy Kendrick Lamar, To Pimp a Butterfly Michael Jackson, Thriller I chose these albums because they honestly pushed the culture of urban music to new standards. All 3 experimented with production that was daring to the appetites of their core fans as well. Most importantly all 3 broke milestones in acheivements. While juggling personal life and a music career, I started losing sight of the personal connection I have with music. Writing and recording this song gave me a new birth in my artistry.
