A New York-based singer/songwriter whose sound covers numerous facets and decades of rock music, Ryan Chernin worked as a theater actor before establishing his music career in 2018 with the release of his debut album, You Know Who You Are. Growing up, the Beatles, early rock, and the singer/songwriter scene of the '70s influenced Chernin to begin writing his own songs. A passion for acting also manifested itself and he balanced his work in theater with gigging and recording. After graduating from Boston University in 2015, he released his debut EP a year later which mixed a variety of sounds from brooding indie rock to classic folk-rock. In 2018, the EP was expanded and released as the full-length You Know Who You Are. ~ Timothy Monger
