In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I heard Belle & Sebastian's "Piazza New York Catcher" on the radio in a car somewhere, when I was twelve or so. I didn't know what song it was, but I waited until I got to school and looked up the lyrics "elope with me miss darling" on the computer. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Belle and Sebastian, If You're Feeling Sinister Sufjan Stevens, Carrie & Lowell The Smiths, The Queen Is Dead The Queen Is Dead was always my favorite record. From the moment I first heard it when a friend in high school introduced it to me while we were listening to it in her bedroom while skipping class. Tell us why you chose this song. “Pink Moon” Pink Moon by Nick Drake is one of my favorite songs ever and being able to cover it and make it my own was always special for me. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Not one memorable moment, but making music introduced me to a period in my life in which I was able to move to Mexico City and become autonomous like I always wanted to be. I was able to open for a band at the Pepsi Center WTC there, too! Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I'd love to someday play in a music festival and someday release an album of my favorite Seth Malvin tracks on vinyl.
