Big fan of Colette, hesitant but nothing to lose I downloaded a sample from iBooks. Wish I would have purchased the audiobook.
It's really great and I am setting myself up for success thanks to Colette. Lots of tools and information in the book. I highly recommend this to anyone who has tried every weightloss diet, fitness etx and failed. I am at wits end and so far, I'm feeling encouraged to try to battle the bulge and overcome it this time.
