Gigi has just uprooted her whole world to start a new life. The unexpected gift of a farmhouse in small-town Montana is just what she and her daughter need to escape big-city loneliness. The last thing she needs is attitude from the town's sheriff, the most perfectly attractive and ruggedly handsome man she's ever laid eyes on - and a complete jerk.

Jess knows all about women like Gigi. Beautiful. Sexy. Scheming. She's stolen his sanctuary, the farmhouse that should have been his. But along with a face full of freckles, she's got a sharp wit and a backbone of steel - something he doesn't discover until after making a complete fool of himself. If he can earn back her trust and win her heart, he might just find the home he's always needed.

A favorite book!

This book is now on my list of favorite books of all time. It holds a coveted spot along with a select few other books.

I read The Coppersmith Farmhouse and thought to myself how can this be the author's first book. It has the feeling and quality of KA and Coho. This author is a hidden gem and will definitely become an extremely well known as one of the greats!

The writing is stellar, the plot intriguing and captivating! I can't recommend this book enough.

Narrator Review: The narrator was excellent. Great voice and easily distinguished between the characters.

Story Review: Loved❤️loved❤️loved

I love the caveman Alpha, but it sure is hard to find a book with one that doesn't have an over-the-top storyline right along with it. This was the perfect blend of a great story, strong, likeable heroine and my favorite type of alpha.

The best part is, he wasn't being a caveman just because he could. He had reason for taking charge, but he also showed growth when Georgia called him on it and explained her side. He started to see he needed to include her in decisions. It took a bit, but he learned it wasn't my way or the highway all the time.

I loved that Georgia stood up for herself. I hate reading a doormat heroine. She may not have gotten her way ever time but she still spoke up. Throw in a 4 year old girl interacting with this strong alpha character and swoon City here I come. I'd give this more than 5 stars if I could.
