Kristina Georgia Snow is the perfect daughter: gifted high-school junior, quiet, never any trouble. But on a trip to visit her absentee father, she meets a boy who introduces her to crank. At first she finds it freeing, but soon Kristina's personality disappears inside the drug. What began as a wild, ecstatic ride turns into a struggle through hell for her mind, her soul, and her life.

Yay! First Review

Wow, I absolutely loved this book. Ellen Hopkins is a talented author with this beautiful and haunting book. As it says at the beginning of the book Hopkins is writing about her daughter's meth addiction. A disturbing piece of information transforms this book into a powerful saga. The only disappointment is a lackluster sequel that falls short of the latter. Ellen Hopkins first fiction novel is great, but I can't wait for her third book Impulse [to be put on iTunes] which is far better. But Crank is one of the most powerful books I have ever read and I would suggest it to anyone!

WOW! :-O is all I can say! This book is absolutely amazing and is my new favorite book. I can't wait to read Glass! I would DEFINATELY reccommend this book to anyone 14+! Ellen Hopkins is an absolutely astonishing writer! 5+ STARS!!

Ellen Hopkins has been my favorite author for a long time. I have almost all of her books. They're easy-to-read and they really make you think.
