This is a nice little book. Very inspiring. It harmoniously combines scientific research with personal experience. Really makes you think about how aware you are of your thoughts. I wish, though, that the book had more practical applications. Recently, I came across a really unusual and practice-oriented book called Secret Techniques for Controlling Sadness, Anger, Fear, Anxiety, and Other Emotions by Vlad Koros. I highly recommend both these books.
