A Life Time Course in 1 Audio Book

In my opinion this audio book is a rare gem. Don’t expect this to be like other books on meditation. It certainly isn’t a guided tour out and away from you to some where in your thoughts. This is a guide to the you beyond your thoughts, which is the ultimate journey. As I found with the print edition, listening to the audio is a meditation itself as you journey within through insight and self reflection. I say this is a life time course because this is something that you have to work with regularly, as it builds moment for personal growth. Every time I listen to it I go a little deeper within myself and am different afterwards. The best part is that this book can definitely, and should definitely, last you years into your practice.
