A great read and a great class..
This book challenged my whole style of communication. I've become a better listener and better communicator because of it. After I finished the book I took the actual Gordon Training LET course and as a result am I am better problem solver and better supervisor. I reccommend both the book and the class to anyone who wants to improve on their social-networking skills.
Must-have text for any business person's collection
Over and over again in business school and in the business world itself we are told all the skills we should use but rarely are we told "how" to develop and use them. One of the greatest things that I found in this text is an explanation of the ever-important "how" in using these essential communication skills.
