This book will change your life
If there is one book that can truly take you from average to awesome than this is it. This book teaches you how to get the most out of your time, your job, your relationship, and most importantly your life.
I really wanted to like this
If you read personal development type books already, you won't find anything unique or original in this book. He suggests meditation, affirmations, visualization (& vision boards), exercising, reading and writing.
The first 4 chapters mostly talk about what you're going to get from your Miracle Morning. GET ON WITH IT!! It was hard to listen to. Lots of telling you to go to the web site and sign up for stuff and get someone else to sign up. Really obnoxious and tacky.
The narrator is also very obnoxious and tacky, and needs to learn the difference between a full-stop and a comma. I repeatedly had an urge to slap him.
Sorry to be a hater but this book is crap. Check out Early to Rise by Andy Traub. I didn't LOVE that one, but it's much better than this. :(
A long infomercial
I know many people have found this book to be very helpful. I even bought it based on a recommendation. That being said the first half of the book is the author saying how great this method is before getting into the method itself. Then he constantly is tell you to go to his website, sign up for his email list or buy the book for a friend. At least 20% of the book is selling another product or service. If I could do it again I would buy a summery of the book instead of the book itself. The method for change has merit, but less then half the book is teaching the actual miracle morning method.
