Nine needs ten stars

Powder River series up to Nine I've listened to over and over. I love the characters that have come and gone or who are still there. I love the stories behind each character. Powder River is well written with drama, history, a little romance and humor.
But Jerry Robbins and the actors have out done themselves with Nine. I love the direction it's headed.
I highly recommend the complete story.

Colonial Radio Classic

Can't say enough about the enjoyment myself and my "tween"-age boys get from listening to Powder River nearly every night at bedtime. The series has prompted out of way vacation excursions to find the town of Claremont along the real Powder River in Wyoming or at the least look for Chad's secret fishing spot!
This series 9 - vol 1. doesn't disappoint; with a balance of good old western gunfight in a very realistic sounding across the border town (I've already said we are not looking for that town ;)), to small town comedic drama and a mix of history that has us looking up famous people and places until the next volume is released.
Great job CRT -
if your looking for a great road trip Western action drama, or a nightly "book on tape" for kids who love adventure - Powder River and other stories from CRT is a treasure vault of radio drama programming that are not only of the best quality of entertainment made by passionate professionals but also a lost art in the way programs such as these fire the imagination!
