Only a very experienced person can write about NY real estate with so much clarity
I downloaded the book on Audible, thinking let’s see what’s all this buzz about.
From the first chapter, I couldn’t take my headphones out lol.
I could relate to his story sooo much, except I’m not making even nearly the same money that Ryan is making. So I listened to everything the man is got to say.
Thank you Ryan for writing this book: I also came to NY alone with no money to become an “actress” spending evenings at the Terry Shreiber studio and doing rentals at Citi Habitats. You got grey hair for not making it through the casting calls, I got a very strong Russian accent and not nearly as tall as the James Bond Russian spy girls.
I also worked out at Equinox, that Just like you I was barely able to afford.(I needed to stay fit to put on nice dresses and get into 1OAK for free ;)
Thanks for writing the book, I had a blast laughing all throughout and I took a bunch of notes to step up the game.

This book is easy listening on the way to and from work even during a work out! I finished it in 3 days and is now on repeat. I even wrote him an email and AS PROMISED, he wrote back 😱 man if his word for sure. I’m not following his vlog and learning so much more to unleash the best of me in my career path! Thanks Ryan 🤗
