The audiobook didn’t come with a PDF so a lot of the book is just a list of foam rolling and band exercise discriminations. Also this book is targeted to professional athletes because I doubt most people can afford a certified TB12 coach to massage you before and after workouts.

I do think the TB12 method is worth looking into as a missing part or alternative to athletic training.

What a disappointment. This book is nothing but an advertisement to join the TB12 Fitness Facility in Boston. It is so repetitive, I'm pretty sure he could have written all the pertinent information on the back of a matchbook cover. He clearly has no original thoughts about health and fitness and should stick to the one thing he is good at, being a QB, and leave the writing to just about anyone else. What a waste of 17 bucks!!! Hey Tom-make us feel better about spending the money and donate it to Boston First Responders. At least we won't feel completely taken advantage of.
