This is like reading something from a girl friend. It's funny and reassuring. With all the diet books out there, this one actually sounds reasonable.
Motivating book thats quick to read and easy to start using. Good chapter about diet saboteurs. Lots of common sense tips in the book but some new strategies too.
Book goes thru plan for teaming up with friend or husband or other to lose weight. Good even with no buddy, reminds how to get going on a better track with food, exercise and sticking with good intentions. Nice buy.
