I am reading the book and fortunately I train at the same gym that Max and Mary are running a 21fitday challenge. I received my food plan and began the workout as instructed. After a week I got the book to learn more about the program. 1st it is a very easy read. I'm not a big reader my self but went through 40 pages the 1st night. Long story short I learned how to eat right and the workout program was virtually the same that we were doing at the gym. There is also a number of good and easy recipes to make it enjoyable as you start to change you eating habits. All you have to do is make the decision to change your life and follow the program.
