For years The Miz has bullied his classmates-including Sheamus, Kelly Kelly, Wade Barrett, Kofi Kingston, Dolph Ziggler, and Natalya-yet managed to stay on Santa's list of good boys. When a new kid arrives in town, he shakes the foundation of The Miz's selfish beliefs, and sets in motion a chain of events that results in The Miz trying to fool Santa Claus and his new helper, The Cenelf, on Christmas Eve! Will the new kid help everyone on Wrescal Lane enjoy the holidays while teaching The Miz a lesson, or will it be A Most MIZerable Christmas for everyone?

What's both "mizerable" and joyous?! THIS book!
Despite being a longtime wrestling fan, this was the first of Mick Foley's books that I had taken the time to read, and I'm very glad that I did! I had been considering buying the print version, as I have two children (ages 3 and 2), but when I saw Mick mention on Twitter that A Most Mizerable Christmas was available...right here in the iBookstore (cheap pop!)...I decided to pull the trigger and check it out. This was very much a treat to read from start to finish, Mick is an exceptionally talented children's author, and Josh Adams did an excellent job bringing the story to life visually. I thought both creators did well in representing the various WWE personalities in their transition from TV show to page. Choosing Punk as the hero was unconventional yet cool, and Miz's babyface turn (please excuse the insider wrestling lingo) was very timely given what we are seeing right now on WWE programming. I hope this book isn't being passed up by too many folks, be they wrestling fans or not. I'm looking forward to reading it to my kids tonight before bed!
