Most of the informations have been already largely disseminated or are of good common sense. Unless you are very ignorant of health issues and factors affecting your health, such as lifestyle, you won't learn much from this book.

Some of the recommendations and insights might seem a bit axiomatic, but much of it isn't. The book is a quick read that manages to be highly informative and elucidating. It's really a primer for good health and I wish I had read this in my early 20s instead of my late 30s.
