My favorite book!
The best, this and To Kill A Mockingbird. Amazing storyline. I love following the lives of certain people. It's my favorite type of subject matter. I recommend this book if you enjoy going into the private lives of family members and a girl growing up with her brother in the early 1900s. It gives you a great sense of satisfaction when you're done reading this book. I can't say there'll be a suspenseful ending. It really isn't surprising. It's a very true seeming story and the ending is really quite life-like. Read it! You will not regret it. :)
Favorite book of all time.
I love this Bol and have read it multiple times. It never ceases to amaze me. Long I will admit but worth it.
Price is too high!
For a very old book, the cost should be half.
