An Object of Beauty
This book can be downloaded and read in iBooks on your Mac or iOS device.
Lacey Yeager is young, captivating, and ambitious enough to take the NYC art world by storm. Groomed at Sotheby's and hungry to keep climbing the social and career ladders put before her, Lacey charms men and women, old and young, rich and even richer with her magnetic charisma and liveliness. Her ascension to the highest tiers of the city parallel the soaring heights--and, at times, the dark lows--of the art world and the country from the late 1990s through today.

This is good read, especially if your into the art world, or curious about it. Love the photos of the art work.
A Drama, A Comedy, A Pleasure, A Delight!
I will be brief. This book is intelligent and clever. At times sexy and always entertaining. The art maladroit need not fear being left behind as this is a detailed introduction to the market of art.
Martin is a brilliant writer and this is an engrossing yarn!
