Simple and good

This is a helpful handbook that gets straight to the truth of what to do to get some relief from anxiety. Follow through required.

Concise and Informative

This is a slim volume, but really packed with information and a lean, sensible format. It first defines many kinds of anxiety- and the symptoms thereof- then offers effective ways to combat those symptoms. Wisely, the authors know that mollifying symptoms is only part of the job: the final third of the book offers strategies and lifestyle changes- diet, exercise, meditation - to attack the problem at the root.

Great read to self improve

The Anxiety Handbook was an amazing read, giving the reader an understanding of anxiety, how to manage it, and how to overcome it. Even for those who don't have anxiety, its a great read to be able to handle any kind of mental disorder, big or small, and any kind of life situation.
