Pay for a decent editor, please!
Although the story is fantastic, the editing was horrible. And, it missed obvious mistakes, not only in punctuation but in contrasting points of the story. (Ex. His handcuffs were removed and they pushed in into the cell so hard he fell to his knees. Then, he was wishing he wasn't wearing handcuffs so he could fight.). When a character is speaking and the subject moves on to a new paragraph, the quote doesn't end at the first paragraph but does begin the next.
With terrible editing, a good book becomes difficult because the reader gets pulled out of the story.
