Lots of misinformation ("inguinal hernias 'always' need surgery" -- not true). Further, it's sloppily written. Here's a quote (can you figure it out)?
"While standing, bend your arm to 90 degrees and lift your elbow up and to the side until your arm is level with your shoulder and parallel to the floor. Holding the 90-degree angle, raise your hand until your forearm is vertical. Return to the starting position.”
