This book can be downloaded and read in iBooks on your Mac or iOS device.
Good girl nurse Carrie Young only has to catch one glimpse of bad boy Zach Harrison with his wild hair, full beard, and hooded eyes to know he’s exactly what she needs to get over all those wasted years with a repressed and controlling ex. Full seduction ahead!
Only the next morning, her bad boy doesn’t disappear after having his wicked way with her and he’s making her breakfast! What the fudge! Did she do the bad boy thing all wrong?
Zach’s no dummy. He knows a good thing when it falls into his lap. And if that means pretending to be a bad boy, he’s game. No harm in a little role play, he figures. Besides, his work as an anthropologist will soon take him overseas. He’s destined to be a lone wolf forever—near the action, not embroiled in it—great for his career and for ruining relationships. In the meantime, there’s one naughty girl in need of a bad boy and he aims to please.

Finding Love, Zach and Cassie
Bad Boy Done Wrong is another amazing story written by Kylie Gilmore. This is another amazing story, the fifth, in her the Happy Endings Book Club series. I really don’t know how Ms. Gilmore does it. Every time I pick up her newest book thinking she can’t improve on the last one, yet she does, again and again. Kylie's books tend to grab me, not let go until I turn the last page, and then wanting more.
This story reminded me of the nature vs. nurture debate regarding the future of a troubled, at risk child like Zach. He was street savvy but lost until undergoing the Joe Campbell influence and turning his life around. Could he portray a bad boy without revealing who he really was, a professor of archaeology. Creating a wish list to explore her sexual fantasies was one way for Cassie to explore her bad side and Zach wanted to be the one to help Cassie explore her wild side in a safe setting.
Ms. Gilmore is a wonderful story teller and wove a wonderful tale in this book. Her characters are relatable, her writing witty and sometimes downright comical. I really enjoyed reading this book and had trouble putting this book down. I highly recommend this book to other readers.
I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.
Bad boy, indeed!
Bad boy, indeed!
Kylie comes up with the best scenarios, especially for each book in this standalone series (but I think you'll enjoy the series better if you read them all!). She gives her characters backstories and throws them into situations that are absolutely delightful to read.
Poor Zach, caught in the right/wrong place at the right/wrong time, depending on how you look at it. He wanted to be what Carrie needed, but wasn't sure his lone-wolf nature would allow it.
Carrie didn't give up, that's for sure! She had a list...not a bucket list or a honey-do list, a more...specialized list. That whole situation made for some funny moments, for sure!
I got to read more about Josh and Hailey (CAN'T WAIT FOR THEIR BOOK!!!), and I'm VERY excited about Ally and Ethan's story! Given Ethan's "reputation," I just know that book is going to be fantastic!!!
(I received a copy of this book in consideration of an honest review)
Hot and Adorable
Sooooo cute. Carrie thinks she’s hooked up with a her sexed-up, wam-bam-thank-you-ma’am, alpha male fantasy, but under all that sexy hair and beard lies something else entirely. And he’s no dummy. He knows a good thing when it’s jumped into his arms. Of course there’s just no way to make a relationship based on a sexual position “To Do” list work after they’ve actually completed the list. Twice.
Sexy, funny, and heartfelt, another good addition to this adorable series about a romance reading book club. Highly recommended.
