Boring and Unrealistic
I was super disappointed in this book. I'm a fan of hers, and thought this would be a quirky bio with fun advice for working moms. It is actually a 350 page manifesto preaching about eating totally organic. Sorry, not all of us have time to cook all 3 meals from scratch with totally fresh organic ingredients while working full time and giving ourselves homemade beauty treatments each night. Totally unrealistic and preachy.

Life changing and Inspirational
Before this book my eating habits were terrible. I have literally followed all her tips and am now currently eating REAL food along with my significant other. I definitely encourage others to read her book!
